Shipping /Pickups & Returns

All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.

Shipping costs are based on weight and will be automatically calculated and visible in the shopping cart.

Our packages are mainly shipped with Post NL or DHL.

Orders can be picked up within 5 days at the times below:

Monday: 10:00 - 18:00

Tuesday: 10:00 - 18:00

Wednesday: 10:00 - 18:00

Thursday: 10:00 - 18:00

Friday: 10:00 - 20:00

If you are not satisfied, the article does not fit or you have changed your mind, this is no problem at all.

Returns are allowed within 14 days after receipt of the package. Use the adress above for returns.

Returns may also always be delivered to the collection address between opening hours.

Returns are at your own expense, all items must be returned unused with labels if present.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES & TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/import duties and taxes. Be Today Fashion is required by law to declare the full paid value of shipments and must attach an invoice for customs if they require it. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
